Refund Policy
Last updated: January 15, 2026
1. Subscription Refunds
Recurring subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged when the trial ends.
2. One-Time Purchase Refunds
One-time balance recharges and subscription purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days if the service has not been used.
Refund requests must be submitted through the support contact on our About page.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if only a small portion of the purchased balance or subscription validity has been used.
3. Trial Period
Free trial periods are offered on select subscription plans. Each user is eligible for one trial per plan.
If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
After the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, yearly, etc.).
You will be charged using your saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime from the Subscription Management page.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
We will investigate and, if the charge was an error, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
6. Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service outages caused by us, we may issue prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.
Service interruptions caused by third-party model providers, network issues, or force majeure events are not eligible for refunds.
7. Contact
For refund requests or questions, please contact us through the support options on our About page.
